JAKARTA - Ashanty recently drew the spotlight because his appearance looked different. His body was considered more direct, until finally made Ashanty share his body condition.
Through a video upload on his Instagram, Ashanty said that he had indeed lost weight. He lost weight by following the diet intermittent fasting (IF) method.
Anang Hermansyah's wife admitted that she had been doing IFs for five years, but with the wrong procedure. Now he can finally do IF properly, and managed to lose weight of up to 5 kg in good health.
"Many people ask why you are so thin now? Actually the key to the answer is only IF. Five years I went from the wrong way, until finally I got the most appropriate," wrote Ashanty, quoted on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
Apart from IF, Ashanty's other thing to help the weight loss process is exercise. The type of exercise he does is strength training or strength training, which helps strengthen muscle mass.
Ashanty said that his body weight did not drop drastically, but since actively practicing with the gym, his body began to form muscle mass well.
"Honestly, this year, it only fell 5 kg, but it looks really visible because maybe it's me that the thinness is what looks like the first face," he said.
"Well, for the body, I was almost said to be very lazy to exercise, but when I got to know sex this year I became very addicted, especially when I saw the results," he added.

Ashanty's gym schedule is 3 to 4 times a week. He also does weightlifting exercises regularly to further grow muscle mass and shape an ideal body and stay healthy at the age of 42 years.
"It's 42 years old, it's really important for us to practice this. Usually I combine the cardio as well so that the results are maximized," concluded Ashanty.
