Chronology Of The Arrest Of Rita Sugiarto's Child, Raffi Zimah Has Been Using Meth For 3 Years
JAKARTA - The son of the senior dangdut singer Rita Sugiarto, Raffi Zimah, was caught by the police when he used a type of methamphetamine drug. Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police Grand Commissioner Pol Yusri Yunus at the Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters, Wednesday, May 19, explained that Raffi's arrest was made based on reports from the public who often saw drug abuse which was then reported to the police.
The police secured RZ on Monday (17/5) at around 16.00 western Indonesia time at a villa in Kelapa Dua, Ciracas, East Jakarta. After the arrest, the police conducted a urine test on Raffi Zimah and the results showed that he was positive for drugs.

"At the time of the arrest and search, it was found that at that time there were illegal items and narcotics of the type of methamphetamine weighing 0.9 grams, then there were suction devices, matches, and cellphones," Yusri Yunus said as quoted from the Paragram Official YouTube channel.
For his actions, Raffi is now facing a maximum prison sentence of 4 years. "RZ user of Article 127 paragraph 1 of the Narcotics Law carries a sentence of 4 years in prison," he added.
Raffi Zimah admitted that he had been using narcotics for years. He admitted to falling as a user because of wrong relationships. "It's been about 3 years. The reason is because of association," said Raffi.
Raffi said at first he was just experimenting with using drugs. But, that is the point of him becoming a drug user. "At first just try it," he said in front of the police and media crews, Rita Sugiarto's son admitted that he was sorry and apologized.
