Encourage Collaboration With Media, I-League Fully Support Media Cup 2025

JAKARTA - The operator of the Indonesian football competition, I-League, shows a sustainable commitment to collaboration with the media. This is intended through support for the 2025 Media Cup activities.

Represented by General Manager of Fans Engagement, Budiman Dalimunthe, I-League conveyed its direct support for the 2025 Media Cup tournament which will officially kickoff on October 28, 2025.

As a league operator who is often in the media spotlight, I-League also considers that the Media Cup is not only a competition, but also a reflective and educational space for journalists.

"The media not only reported football, but now they are taking part in it. They feel the dynamics of being players, as well as understanding how regulations work from the organizer's side."

"Through the Media Cup, they are no longer spectators, but the perpetrators. This is where the participatory collaboration becomes real," said Budiman Dalimunthe during a press conference which took place on October 15, 2025.

I-League believes that activities such as the Media Cup will continue to strengthen the synergy that has been established so far.

Support for this event is part of the big vision of I-League to build an inclusive, educational, and sustainable national football ecosystem.

In the 2025 Media Cup implementation edition, there are 16 media teams that will compete in the mini Soccer event to fight for the championship trophy.

They are RTV, One TV News, Kompas TV, iNews TV, TV One, Metro TV, SCTV, CNN Indonesia TV, ANTV, MNC Portal, TVRI, Detik.com, Tribune Network, Trans7, Antara, and Indonesian Score.
