The Attorney General's Office For Lamborghini Auction, Porsche, And Doni Salmanan's Ducati, Are You Interested?
JAKARTA - The Asset Recovery Agency (BPA) of the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) will auction off 12 luxury vehicles belonging to the convict in the investment fraud case for the Quotex application binary option, Doni Muhammad Taufik alias Doni Salmanan.
"The auction is carried out with a written offer without the presence of participants through an e-Auction open bidding electronic letter accessed on the auction.go.id page," said Head of the AGO's Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum), Anang Supriatna, in Jakarta, Friday.
Anang explained that the auction was scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2025, with a deadline for bidding at 14.30 WIB on the same day.
The vehicles being auctioned include various luxury brands such as Porsche, Lamborghini, BMW, Ducati, and Kawasaki.
The auction participants can come from individuals and legal entities. For individuals, they are required to have an Identity Card (KTP) and a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). Meanwhile, the legal entity must attach a deed of establishment along with its amendments (if any) and the identity of the company's representative.
Each participant is required to deposit the auction guarantee money through their respective virtual account (VA) numbers. The guarantee must have been received by the Bandung State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) no later than one day before its implementation.
Participants who are declared winners of the auction are required to pay off the auction price plus an auction fee of three percent of the agreed value, no later than five working days after the determination of the winner.
"If you don't pay it off, the buyer will be declared default, and the auction guarantee money will be directly deposited into the state treasury," said Anang.
