Russian Caucasians Killed In Bali's Villa Room, Police Investigate Cause

DENPASAR - A male foreign national (WNA) from Russia with the initials ZD (27) died in a villa in Banjar Pengbangunan, Pererenan Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali.

Police are still investigating the cause of death of the Russian foreigner by seeking autopsy approval from the victim's family.

"The police have submitted an application for an autopsy to be carried out at the hospital, but are still waiting for approval from the victim's family," he said.

Temporary Official (PS) of the Head of Public Relations Subsipenmas of the Badung Police, Aiptu Ni Nyoman Ayu Imastuti, Thursday, October 16.

The victim was found dead on Wednesday (15/10) yesterday at around 12.00 WITA.

This Russian foreigner previously extended his room rental until Tuesday, October 14.

"And the victim immediately paid the rent of Rp. 500 thousand and after the victim paid the victim directly (downside)," he added.

This incident was revealed when officers approached the victim's room because they never came out to check out. But when visited, there was no answer from inside the room.

When the room opened, it was revealed that the Russian Caucasian was dead.

"That after finding out that the guest had died who was staying in room number 105, the villa then contacted the police for further handling," he said.
