Not A Bomb, Poilsi Reveals A Mysterious Explosion At The Nucleus Farma Building
SOUTH TANGERANG The mysterious explosion that rocked the Pondok Aren area, South Tangerang (Tangsel), on Wednesday (8/10) night was still shrouded in a puzzle. The police moved quickly, ensuring that the incident at the Nucleus Farma Building, Jalan Jombang Raya, was not an act of terror.
South Tangerang Police Chief, AKBP Victor DH Inkiriwang, said the report on the alleged explosion was received by the Pondok Aren Police at around 20.30 WIB.
Jibom Deployed, The Result Is Zero Residuo Explosives
After reporting, the South Tangerang Police immediately secured the crime scene (TKP). Victor immediately coordinated with the Gegana Brimob Bomb Disposal Team (Jibom) of the Metro Jaya Police to carry out sterilization.
"Securing around the crime scene to ensure that the crime scene is sterile, then securing that the community is also confirmed safe," said Victor, quoted from ANTARA, Thursday, October 9, 2025.

The results of the examination by a team of experts dismissed allegations of a bomb. "The result was that after an examination and sterilization of the scene of this case, no bombs or explosives were found at the scene," he said.
Cause Still Buram, Victim Zero
Although the alleged terror has been denied, the exact cause of the explosion has not been revealed. It will now continue its investigation and deepening with experts from the National Police's Criminal Investigation Center for Research and Development Center (Puslabfor Bareskrim Polri).
Victor ensured that this explosion incident did not cause any casualties or injuries. "We also need to explain that from this incident there were no dead victims and also no injuries were found," he said.
Until now, the police have examined about nine witnesses intensively, both at the Pondok Aren Police and at the South Tangerang Police.
"Of course we will handle this professionally. Then we will conduct an investigation in order to conclude what caused this explosion," concluded Victor, promising that the disclosure of the cause of the explosion would soon be concluded.
