TNI AD Holds Tiger Tanks To Apaches At TNI Anniversary, Head Of Dispenad: Forms Of Preparedness And Accountability
JAKARTA - The Indonesian Army will hold a row of the best Weapons System (Alutsista) Main Equipment, ranging from tanks to attack helicopters in a series of celebrations of the 80th Anniversary of the Indonesian National Army.
Head of the Army Information Service Brigadier General Wahyu Yudhayana said the Indonesian Army would take part in the TNI Fair 2025 which will be held on September 20-21 in the Monas area, Central Jakarta.
"The Indonesian Army will present the best Alutsista, demonstrations (from the TNI AD unit) and entertainment for the community," explained Brigadier General Wahyu on Thursday, September 18.
Furthermore, the Head of Dispenad explained that the Indonesian Army would involve 1,500 soldiers to support this activity.
The defense equipment to be displayed includes Tiger Tanks, MLRS Astros, Cannons Caesar 155 mm, 105 mm Cannons, Radar CM 200, Panzer Anoa, Rantis Komodo, Maung, and Fennec helicopters which are displayed statically.
"This activity is also filled with health benefits from the MSME exhibition, to demonstrations of soldiers' skills, so that people can get closer to getting to know the TNI," explained Brigadier General Wahyu.
The peak of the TNI's 80th Anniversary this year is planned to be centered in the Monas Area on October 5.

"From the Indonesian Army, we will deploy thousands of soldiers who join the ceremonial forces, troop defile, and defense equipment. The defense equipment to be displayed also varies, ranging from heavy combat vehicles such as Leopard Tanks, Tiger Tanks, and Marder, to artillery and rockets such as MLRS Astros and Cannon Caesar 155 mm," he explained.
"In addition, there are also air defense defense defense equipment such as the Atlas Mistral and Radar CM 200, as well as tactical vehicles such as Anoa, Maung, Bushmaster, and ATAV. The Indonesian Army will also deploy helicopters from Puspenerbad, both Apache, Bell 412, Fennec, and Mi-17 types," he continued.
"Everything that will be displayed later is a form of readiness and responsibility of the Indonesian Army to the community, that we continue to build modern, professional, and adaptive forces to the challenges of the times," concluded Kadispenad.
