Husband Stops KPR And Child Mortgage Installments, Chikita Meidy: I Can Continue Alone
TIGARAKSA - In the midst of the divorce process, Chikita Meidy revealed that her husband had stopped fulfilling his financial obligations, both for house installments and for their child's needs.
Even so, Chikita emphasized that he was able to bear the burden alone. He said that the installment payment for Home Ownership Loans (KPR), which is the only joint asset, had been stopped for months.
"The mortgage business has stopped, yes. Nothing, nothing further. It's been the fifth month," said Chikita Meidy at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Tuesday, September 16.
Not only that, their child's income is also said to have been jammed. "So it's been 2 months, I haven't given you snacks. I don't give it, I don't pay for school for 1 month," he added.
Despite facing this difficult situation, Chikita is determined to fight for the house for the sake of the child and is confident in his own abilities.
"I want to continue. But it must be from the court process. So I still fight for the house, but I have to knock on the hammer first. I will continue and I am able to continue," he said.
When asked about Gono-gini's assets, Chikita ensured that there was nothing to share other than mortgage obligations.
