Mediation Fails, Dahlia Poland And Fandy Christian Divorce Enters The Main Stage Of Cases

JAKARTA - The divorce process for the artist couple Dahlia Poland and Fandy Christian is deadlocked. Mediation efforts held in court were declared a complete failure, showing a contradictory attitude from both sides.

Fandy Christian insists on maintaining his household, while Dahlia Poland is unanimous with her decision to separate.

Dahlia Poland's attorney, I Wayan Vajra Fhany Jaya, confirmed the results of the mediation.

"Yesterday we mediated that it was declared unsuccessful, yes, as of September 2. So, there was also a direct reading of mediation results, failed, and it has continued to the subject matter," said I Wayan Vajra Fhany Jaya via Zoom connection, recently.

In the follow-up trial, Fandy Christian has submitted a letter of response confirming his rejection of the divorce suit.

"The party from Mas Fandy through his PH has submitted an answer to his lawsuit. Yes, basically Mas Fandy refused, yes, the answer letter still refuses to divorce," Wayan added.

Dahlia's firm stance on divorce is not a sudden decision. According to her attorney, this is the culmination of years of consideration.

"It's not a decision that wasn't made last night, yes, it's been several years being considered by Mrs. Dahlia," he concluded.
