Order Reaches 2,500 Units, GAC Aion UT Initial Delivery Starts October 2025
JAKARTA - After being introduced at the 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS), finally GAC Indonesia announced its official price for the AION UT model.
This car comes in two variants starting from premium with a distance of 500 km, which is at Rp363 million, while for the Standard variant with a distance of 400 km (NEDC) it is at Rp325 million. This price is the Jakarta OTR.
The Chinese manufacturer began shipping the product at the end of October. This assurance was disclosed by GAC Indonesia CEO Andry Ciu, he said the delivery would also be carried out in stages.
"For October there are about 250 units but they will be gradually sent until the end of the year," he said, when met at Gandaria City Mall, Wednesday, September 10.

Andry Ciu revealed that AION UT attracted the attention of many people. In fact, the total order of this strong challenger BYD Dolphin has reached 2,500 units.
"It has reached 2,500 units and is spread across various areas such as Jabodetabek, Java Island, Sumatra, and its surroundings," he added.
In specifications, this car has a length of 4,270 mm, a width of 1,850 mm, a height of 1,575 mm with a wheelbase of 2,750 mm.
AION UT comes with two variants ranging from Standard which is equipped with a 44 kWh battery while Premium uses a 60 kWh battery. The electric motor also has two options, namely 100 kW and 150 kW with 210 Nm torque. On paper, the 0-100 km/hour acceleration is completed within 8.3 seconds.
