Gigiache, Nikita Mirzani's Trial Postponed A Week

JAKARTA - The trial of the case involving artist Nikita Mirzani was again held in court on Thursday, September 4, 2025.

However, the proceedings had to be temporarily suspended after Nikita complained that she was not in good health due to disorders shared by her left teeth.

"The defendant is healthy today?" asked the presiding judge, Kairul Soleh at the trial.

Answering this question, Nikita expressed her complaints of illness.

"I'm sorry, Your Honor, I'm not healthy because of toothaches, my crown broke," said Nikita Mirzani.

Kairul also again confirmed whether Nikita was able to follow the trial. Nikita then admitted that she had felt dizzy since the day before.

"Can you take part in the trial?" asked Kairul Soleh again.

"I had a bit missed his noble head, since yesterday," answered Nikita Mirzani.

"Please allow, I am not strong, Your Majesty, because my gums over here I burst, in the rupture, there was an implant. So, the implant came out of the jaw. So here I am, here it hurts, Your Majesty," he added.

Responding to his client's condition, Nikita Mirzani's legal advisory team also asked the panel of judges to postpone the trial for up to one week.

"Yes, thank you, Your Honor. So indeed we also received information that our client is sick, right. Well, in conditions like this, of course we must also respect that this trial process cannot be continued and there is nothing wrong with that we can postpone this trial next week. That's the first, Your Honor," said Nikita Mirzani's legal advisor team.

After discussing with the member judge, Kairul Soleh finally decided to postpone the trial until next week.

"Okay. So we postpone it until Thursday, September 11, 2025. The defendant remains healthy and returns to detention. The trial is complete and postponed," concluded the presiding judge.

Thus, the agenda for Nikita Mirzani's trial will resume on Thursday, September 11, 2025, while waiting for her health condition to improve.
