Riza Chalid Officially Becomes The AGO's DPO

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has stated that the suspect Muhammad Riza Chalid (MRC) is officially on the wanted list (DPO) or a fugitive.

Riza Chalid is a suspect in the alleged corruption case of crude oil management and refinery products at PT Pertamina Persero Sub Holding-KKKS for the period 2018-2023 and the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU).

"It is true that the MRC suspect is already a DPO," said Head of the AGO, Anang Supriatna, to VOI, Friday, August 22.

Riza Chalid's DPO status was published some time ago. This is done as a way to find his whereabouts.

From the tracking, Riza Chalid is suspected of being in Malaysia. In fact, he has married a relative of the Sultanate of the neighboring country.

"The MRC has been set by the DPO as of August 19, 2025," said Anang.
