Through The Post Last Night, The KPK Sets A Suspect After The OTT Wamenaker Immanuel Ebenezer

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has conducted a case title or exposure to determine the legal status of the Deputy Minister of Manpower (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer and dozens of other people who were caught in a hand arrest operation (OTT) on Wednesday night, August 20.

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo ensured that the determination of legal status did not pass from the proper rules, namely 1x24 hours. The case title is called followed by structural leaders and officials.

"Last night, exposure was carried out and the legal status of the arrested parties has been determined," Budi told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Friday, August 22.

"So this also answers the questions of friends related to the determination of the legal status of 1x24 hours, yes, of the parties being arrested," he continued.

Even so, Budi did not specify who the suspects were in this case. He only confirmed that this silent operation was related to the extortion of the management of safety and health certification (K3).

"For the parties named as suspects, whether the number, anyone, the chronology of their arrests, and also the construction of their cases, this afternoon or afternoon we will update them again through a press conference," he said.

Previously reported, the KPK carried out a series of hand arrest operations (OTT) in Jakarta on Wednesday night, August 20. There were 14 people arrested, including the Deputy Minister of Manpower (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer alias Noel.

In addition, evidence was also secured in the form of money, cars, and motorbikes. The vehicle was also exhibited at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

The details are Toyota Corolla Cross, Nissan GT-R, Hyundai Palisade, Suzuki Jimny, Vespa Sprint S 150, Hyundai Palisaade black, and Honda CRV.

Then there are Jeep, Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi Xpander, Hyundai Stargazer, CRV, BMW 330i, Vespa, Ducatimbarmble, CRV, Mitsubishi Xpander black, Pajero Sport, Ducati Hypermotoroad 950, Ducati Xdiavel, and one Ducati type motorcycle.
