Prabumulih Field Records A Surge In Oil Production Of 486 Percent And Gas 935 Percent Above The Target
PT Pertamina EP (PEP) Prabumulih Field through drilling LBK-INF16 wells in the Lembak area, Prabumulih Field managed to record an impressive surge in oil and gas production.
It is known that oil production reached 2,468 BOPDs, an increase of 486.2 percent from the initial target of 507.6 BOPD, while gas production soared to 2,806 MMSCFD, exceeding the initial target of 0.3 MMSCFD.
"We are targeting the production of Prabumulih Field to reach 12,000 BOPDs this year. The achievement from the LBK-INF16 well is clear evidence of the enthusiasm and hard work of our team," said General Manager of Zone 4 Djudjuwanto, Tuesday, August 19.
He explained that the LBK-029 (LBK-INF16) well drilling using Rig PDSI 29.3 / D1500-E was safe without work accidents, with a record 50,000 hours of safe working hours.
PEP Prabumulih Field also completed drilling 14 days ahead of schedule, without Non-Productive Time (NPT), and managed to save costs of up to 2 million US dollars from the initial budget.
