Samsung Now Bar Now Shows Predictions Of Teams That Will Win In Sports Matches

JAKARTA - Samsung continues to improve its flagship lock screen widget feature, Now Bar. Now, this feature gets an interesting update specifically for sports fans: the ability to display winning probability information (win probability) in live sporting events.

Now Bar was first launched by the South Korean technology company in January 2025 along with the launch of the Galaxy S25 series. This feature allows users to view various information and updates at a glance directly from the lock screen.

Now, the latest update makes Now Bar more functional, especially for sports lovers. Some users X or Twitter (reported by Sammy Guru) share screenshots showing a winning probability graph for football, cricket and baseball matches. However, there is no complete list of officially supported sports yet.

Interestingly, this feature is not exclusive to One UI 8, so users who still use One UI 7 can enjoy this update without waiting for the next big update.

In addition to this sporting feature, Samsung also announced that it will expand its application support for Now Bar. From previously supporting only about 20 applications and services, Now Bar is targeted to support up to 35 applications by the end of 2025.

This is good news for users who like the Now Bar concept but hope this feature is more useful and integrated with more applications.

With this upgrade, Samsung demonstrates its commitment to making the user experience on the Galaxy device even more informative and interactive, directly from the lock screen.
