Spotify Reveals Increased Revenue And Number Of Users In The Second Quarter Of 2025
JAKARTA Spotify announced an increase in their revenue in the second quarter of this year. In a report shared, Spotify shows the growth of monthly subscribers and users.
In the first quarter of this year, the number of net subscribers grew by more than 30 percent compared to the first quarter of last year. This is the second-highest quarter to experience a significant increase in net subscribers.
Spotify also describes a number of other achievements, ranging from increasing the number of annual and monthly subscribers to total revenue from the company. The following are details shared by Spotify.
This achievement shows that the company's strategy to expand the number of users and its customers is successful. Daniel Ek, Founder and CEO of Spotify, also said that this achievement not only benefits the company, but also a number of parties.

Meanwhile, other features such as audiobooks are now available in Austria, Germany, Ireland, and New Zealand. Users in supporting countries can now search, browse, and purchase audiobooks from the library of more than 350.000 titles.
