Had Stopped Due To The Park Puring Market Fire, Transjakarta Corridor 13 Operates Again
JAKARTA - Head of the Public Relations and CSR Department of PT Transjakarta Ayu Wardhani said the Transjakarta service corridor 13 which was stopped due to the Taman Puring Market fire is now operating again.
"Koridor 13 can be crossed as of 19.45 WIB," Ayu told reporters, Monday, July 28.
Shortly after the Taman Puring market fire began to hit before, Transjakarta stopped route 13B and the L13E route was stopped due to the fire being just below the Transjakarta flyover.
"Transjakarta services from the CSW stop in the direction of Mayestik have stopped operating temporarily, as well as from Velbak towards CSW," said Ayu.
At that time, customers who were on the bus were taken off at the nearest bus stop as long as the corridor 13 flyover was closed.
The Taman Purin fire began at 18.00 WIB. A total of 34 fire engines were deployed to extinguish the fire. Until this news was revealed, the fire had not yet been extinguished.
"The alleged cause is still being collected," said Head of the South Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. Syamsul Huda in his statement.

The DKI Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service deployed 85 officers to extinguish the fire. Joint officers also helped deal with the fire.
"It is being handled by the Disgulkarmat, P2B BPBD, PMI, AGD Health Office, Transportation Agency, Satpol PP, PLN, PSKB/Tagana Social Service personnel, Polsek personnel and Koramil personnel," he explained.
Until now, officers are still recording the estimated losses caused by the fire that hit the market with 500 kiosks.
