Groups That Don't Smell Heaven, Strong Warning From The Prophet SAW

YOGYAKARTA Every Muslim hopes that heaven will return home after death. Heaven is the eternal place of pleasure promised by Allah to His servants who fear. The path to heaven is not easy, not everyone can enter it.

Even certain groups who can't smell heaven, even though the smell of heaven can be smelled from a very far distance.

This warning is not just a threat, but a form of Prophet's affection so that his people do not fall into actions that can damage deeds of worship and hopes of heaven.

Then, who are the so-called groups that will not smell heaven? Reporting from various sources, here are the groups that do not smell heaven.

1. People Who Learn Religious Sciences for the Sake of the World

Religious science is actually studied to get closer to Allah SWT. However, if the intention of learning religion is solely in the interests of the world such as wealth, position, or popularity, then that person will not be able to smell heaven. The Prophet SAW said:

"Whoever learns knowledge by expecting the face of Allah (namely religious knowledge), he does not study it but to acquire world wealth, then he will not get the fragrance of the smell of Heaven on Day of Justice." (HR Abu Dawud)

2. The person who dimuses the hair with a black color

Rasulullah SAW also said that the group that would not be able to smell the aroma of heaven were those who colored their hair using black, as the sabda reads:

"At the end of the day there will be a group mirroring their hair in black like a dove strike, they will not smell the fragrant smell of heaven." (HR Abu Dawud)

3. The Wife Who Asks For A Divorce Without Reason Syar'i

Divorce is indeed allowed in Islam, but it must be based on the justified reasons syar'i. A wife who asks for divorce without valid reasons cannot smell heaven. The Prophet SAW said:

"Any woman who asks for a divorce from her husband 'without a true reason, is forbidden for her the smell of heaven." (HR Abu Dawud).

4. Women Who Wear Clothes But Look Naked

Women who dress but still show aurat or look like naked belong to the group mentioned in the hadith as a group that will not smell heaven. Prophet Muhammad SAW said:

Two groups of inhabitants of hell that I have never seen; people carry whips like cows, with them he beats people and women who dress naked (but), they sway and lean (from obedience), their hair is like a tilted camel punctuation, they do not go to heaven and will not smell it, even though in fact the smell of heaven is smelled from the journey so far and this. (HR. Muslim).

5. Arrogant people

Arrogance, even if it is only as big as sawi seeds, can be a barrier to entering heaven. This trait is hated by Allah SWT. Prophet Muhammad SAW:

"That does not include arrogance, in fact Allah 'azza wajalla is Beautiful and m enjoys beauty. But arrogant is who rejects truth and underestimates humans with both eyes." (HR Ahmad)

6. The person who is Bernasab is not with his father

Islam is very careful about the clarity of its homeland. A person who claims to be the son of another person who is not his biological father is threatened with being included in a group that will not smell heaven. The Prophet SAW said:

"Whoever claims to be a descendant of another person who is not his own father will not get the smell of heaven. Even though the smell of heaven has been smelled at a distance of 74 years, or thirty years of travel." (HR Ahmad; shahih)

7. The Person Who Killed Mu'ahad's Distribution

Islam upholds peace and justice. A Muslim must not kill non-Muslims who live in peace under the protection of an Islamic state, such as mu'ahad infidels, dzimmi, or musta'min. The Prophet SAW said:

"Whoever kills a infidel, then he will not get the smell of heaven, even though the smell of heaven can be found from a journey of 70 years." (HR Ahmad and Nasa'i)
