Chelsea Vs Real Madrid 2-0: The Blues Create The Third "All-English Final" Of Champions League
JAKARTA - Chelsea eliminated Real Madrid from the semi-finals of the Champions League to challenge Manchester City in the competition's third All-English Final.
In the semi-final, the second leg at Stamford Bridge, London, England, Wednesday local time (Thursday, western Indonesia time), Chelsea won convincingly with a score of 2-0 over Real Madrid.
Timo Werner and Mason Mount's goals made Chelsea qualify for the final with a 3-1 aggregate win over Real Madrid, Antara reported according to the official UEFA website.
Chelsea's qualification overtook City, making the Champions League play its third All-English Final after Manchester United vs Chelsea in 2008 and Liverpool vs Tottenham Hotspur two years ago.
Although Los Blancos was again strengthened by their captain, Sergio Ramos, who only appeared again since his injury in mid-March, Chelsea was able to make it difficult for their visitors' defense throughout the match.

Five minutes from time, Chelsea locked in their final ticket when Christian Pulisic sent a tug of war which Mount completed to double the hosts' lead over Real Madrid.
Chelsea is scheduled to face City at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium, Istanbul, Turkey, on May 29, which will be the Blues' third appearance in the Champions League final.
This also marks the success of Thomas Tuchel for two years in a row leading his team to the Champions League final, after last season brought Paris Saint-Germain to face Bayern Munich.
