Polda Metro Disbursed The Motive For The Murder Of Female Notaries In Bekasi

Polda Metro Jaya revealed the motive behind the murder case of a female notary named Sidah Alatas (60) from Bogor whose body was found tied in the Citarum River, Kedungwaringin, Bekasi, West Java. Based on the results of the investigation, the suspect wants to control his property.

It is known that six people were arrested in connection with this murder case. Three of them are the main perpetrators with the initials A alias W, AWK, H. While the others are custodians.

"The motive of the perpetrators to commit this act is that the suspects want to control the victim's four-wheeled wheel and other assets," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Wira Satya Triputra, to reporters, Tuesday, July 8.

Of the three people, suspect A alias W is known as the mastermind of the crime. Because, he planned the murder to invite two other suspects to help him.

The suspect's malicious intentions arose because he had a working relationship with the victim. A alias W is a former driver.

"One of these suspects is a former driver rather than the victim," said Wira.

Regarding the arrest process, Wira said the three suspects were arrested in the same location in Central Java, July 4. They agreed to run away together after killing and disposing of the victim's body.

"The three of them were arrested in a boarding house area on Jalan Suroyo, Karang Anya Regency, Central Java," said Wira.

As a reminder, Sidah Alatas was previously reported missing on July 1, 2025 at the Tanah Sereal Bogor Police, West Java. A few days later, his whereabouts were found dead.

The woman's body was found on the banks of the Citarum River, Bekasi, West Java on July 3, 2025.
