Case Files For Alleged Extortion Of Nikita Mirzani Officially With P21 Status
JAKARTA - The case file for the alleged extortion and threats that dragged the names of Nikita Mirzani and his assistant, Mail Syahputra by Reza Gladys has been declared complete or P21.
This was conveyed directly by the Head of the Legal Information Section of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati), Syahron Hasibuan via text message.
"Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the prosecutor stated that the complete file / P21," said Syahron Hasibuan, Monday, June 2.
Previously, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Ary, explained that some time ago investigators were still in the stage of completing the case files in accordance with instructions from the Public Prosecutor (JPU) as stated in the letter P19.
"Then, at this time the investigator continues to carry out or complete the case file based on instructions from the Public Prosecutor in his P19 letter, then investigators from the Cyber Investigation Directorate next week will send back the case file," he continued.
For information, Reza Gladys contacted Nikita Mirzani's assistant to resolve the conflict related to Nikita's statement which was deemed defamatory Reza's products through live broadcasts on social media. In this communication, Nikita's party allegedly asked for Rp 5 billion as a 'shut up money.

Then, Reza transferred a total of IDR 4 billion to Nikita in two stages, each IDR 2 billion. Reza claims that this transfer was made because he felt pressured and threatened.
Not long after, Reza Gladys reported Nikita Mirzani and her assistant, Mail Syahputra, to Polda Metro Jaya on suspicion of extortion, threats, and money laundering (TPPU).
As a result, Nikita Mirzani, doctor Oky Pratama, and content creator Detective Doctor (Doctive) were examined by investigators as witnesses in this case.
Then, Polda Metro Jaya named Nikita Mirzani and his assistant as suspects in the alleged extortion and threats against Reza Gladys.
Finally, Nikita Mirzani and his assistant were detained by investigators from the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police.
