Central Java Prosecutor's Office Employee Calo CPNS Raup Rp1.7 Billion From Victim

"There were seven people, no one was accepted," Baiquni said in a trial at the Semarang Corruption Court, Tuesday, May 27, as reported by ANTARA.

The case occurred when the Prosecutor's CPNS selection in 2021 was opened.

The defendant got an acquaintance with someone named Ibnu Hadi Prastowo who claimed to have access to get a job or help include employees at the Attorney General's Office on condition that they give some money.

The Central Java Prosecutor's Office employee who served in the civil and state administration sector then offered the convenience of becoming a prosecutor's employee without registering online or taking tests on seven victims.

The victims gave a sum of money whose value varied from Rp120 million to Rp200 million per person.

In addition, the defendant also asked several victims to pay the uniform money of Rp. 2.5 million per person.

Baiquni Justicia is an employee of the prosecutor's office who started working as a civil servant in 2011.

In accepting CPNS in 2021, the defendant was also part of the selection team who served as a lockerkeeper during the exam.
