This item, called Mungki, comes from a case handled by the KPK. Some of them have also been offered in last March's auction but were not sold or paid for by the winner of the auction.

One of the items that did not sell, called Mangki, included the Green Central City Tower Adenium Apartment on the 35th floor. We sell this with a limit value of IDR 739,941.000 with a security deposit of IDR 300,000,000," he explained.

The auction stage will begin with an aanwijzing on Tuesday, May 3 at 10.00-15.00 WIB at the KPK Confiscated Property Storage House (Rupbasan), Cawang, East Jakarta.

"This is for moving goods while the goods will not move on the same day, but in the place where each item does not move is," said Mungki.

"If the deadline is five days, it is declared default and the security deposit is declared confiscated for the state to be put into the state treasury," he said.

"Then after the payment by the winner of the auction, the transfer results were transferred by the KPKNL to the KPK which was then deposited by the KPK into the state treasury as part of non-tax state revenue or PNBP," continued Mungki.

In that process, buyers must also pay off auction duties of 2 percent of the auction price for immovable goods and 3 percent for moving goods.

"Then after the process of depositing money and depositing the state's finals, the KPK will immediately carry out the handover process to the winner of the physical auction of its goods," concluded Mangki.
