Installation Of Stairlift Borobudur Temple Without Nails And Drills, Claimed Not To Be Damaged
MAGELANG - Installation of Amplift on top of the Borobudur Temple building in Magelang Regency, Central Java, without using nails and drills so as not to damage temple rocks.
InJourney President Director Maya Watono emphasized that the installation was all done by prioritizing not to damage the temple structure and upholding the provisions set by UNESCO.
"We have discussed many times with the Ministry of Culture so that what we are doing is in accordance with UNESCO," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 27.
The installation of these tools is portable. People who could not go up the temple before, can now go up the temple, especially for worship.

"Seniors who really want to worship on top of Borobudur Temple, who currently cannot have the opportunity to rise now. We hold that worship should have no limitations, so we must be able to facilitate those who want to worship," he said.
InJourney called Maya put forward four pillars, first inclusiveness, secondly spiritual and culture, thirdly green and educational.
"This quantity is very important, because on world heritage sites, everywhere there are progresses regarding infrastructure facilities, we also want to be in Borobudur Temple," he said.
