Bareskrim Searches Members Of The Ingrained Fantasi Facebook Group

JAKARTA - The Directorate of Cyber Crime (Dittipidsiber) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has traced thousands of members in a Facebook group called Bloody Fantasi who uploaded access content.

"This group (Blood Fantasi) started in August 2024. Then, there are approximately 32,000 members. Currently we are still investigating," said the Director of Cyber Crime (Dirtipidsiber) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Brigadier General Himawan Bayu Aji as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 21.

The search, he said, was carried out by forensic testing at a digital laboratory owned by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police to identify the dedevice (device) used by members.

"Until today, the group has been suspended so that we hope from the forensic results, we can see the group members," he said.

Regarding whether or not there is a new suspect, Brigadier General Pol. Himawan said that this could happen considering that his party is still investigating this case.

"We are still conducting monitoring and profiling activities on social media on several platforms while we are waiting for the identification results from the digital forensics from the department-device (suspect) that we confiscated," he said.

Dittipidsiber Bareskrim Polri has named six suspects in the alleged immorality, pornography, and exploitation of children related to incess content in a Facebook group called Bloody Fantasi and Suka Duka, namely the initials MR, DK, MS, MJ, MA, and KA.

The suspect MR is a creator of the Bloody Fantasy group, while the suspects DK, MS, MJ, and MA are active contributors in the group.

Meanwhile, the suspect KA is an active contributor to the Suka Duka group.

The six suspects were charged with Article 45 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph (1) jo. Article 52 of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and/or Article 29 jo. Article (1) and/or Article 30 jo. Article 4 paragraph (2) and/or Article 31 jo. Article 5 and/or Article 32 jo. Article 6 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.

Then Article 81 jo. Article 76 D and/or Article 82 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) jo. Article 76 E and Article 88 in conjunction with Article 76 I of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and/or Article 14 paragraph (1) letters a and b of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence.

"The six suspects are threatened with 15 years in prison and a maximum fine of Rp. 6 billion," said Brigadier General Himawan.
