Danantara And Kadin Need Each Other For The Indonesian Economy

JAKARTA - The Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) play an important role in working together to advance the country's economy.

"The aerospace needs Kadin and Kadin to need Danantara. We need each other to advance the country's economy for the sake of the Indonesian economy on the global stage," said BPI Chief Operating Officer (COO) Danantara Dony Oskaria quoting Antara.

Dony said the presence of Danantara was not to compete with Kadin which was filled by national and regional entrepreneurs.

Danantara is a super holding for all SOEs to make SOEs even better in the future to face global competition. Danantara also cooperates with potential investments.

"Let's go with both the central Kadin and Kadin in the regions," said COO Danantara.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Anindya Bakrie said that in Kadin's meeting with COO Danantara today, there are several important points that Kadin can collaborate with Danantara, namely Free Nutrition Food (MBG), KUR, people's housing, toll roads, food security and energy security.

In addition, there is also a plan to strengthen collaboration through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) of Danantara and Kadin.

"We hope that before the end of May, the MoU for strengthening collaboration with Danantara can be realized," said Anindya.
