Jo Hana, A Young Actress Who Committed Suicide Because She Experienced Fraud By IDR 26 Million

JAKARTA - Young actress Jo Hana reportedly committed suicide after allegedly experiencing fraud, worth 2 million won or approximately IDR 26 million.

An Instagram account shared a photo of the 23-year-old woman by writing down Hana's aspirations as an actress but experiencing fraud which caused her to suffer losses.

Cited from Today, Thursday, April 29, Hana started her career as an internet celebrity. She has been a guest on the Ask Us Anything Fortune Teller program and has recounted several incidents.

One of them is when her mother and father divorced because of violent behavior that made Hana not have a birth certificate.

As a result, Hana could not undergo education and only received a birth certificate when she was 19 years old.

Eleven years apart, Hana hopes to meet her father. But when the opportunity came, the father only wanted money from her.

Before becoming an actress, Hana used to work in clubs. Unfortunately, that too had to stop because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

There are no details regarding Hana's death, as well as her acting career in the South Korean entertainment world.
