Obscene PPDS Doctor Who Recorded Student Bathing Threatened With 12 Years In Prison
JAKARTA - Specialist Medical Education Program (PPDS) doctor, Muh. Azwindar Eka Satria, faces up to 12 years in prison after recklessly recording a student who is taking a bath. He has been named a suspect and has been detained since Thursday, April 17, 2025.
"The suspect is applied to Article 29 in conjunction with Article 4 paragraph (1) and Article 35 in conjunction with Article 9 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning pornography with a maximum imprisonment of 12 years," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro, in a written statement quoted on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
Susatyo said the victim with the initials SSS reported to the police on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Four people were then examined, including one expert witness and the confiscation of evidence in the form of Azwindar's cellphone was carried out.

As previously reported, a doctor for the Specialist Doctors Education Program (PPDS), a well-known university, is suspected of committing immoral acts. He recorded a student who was taking a bath.
This information is known from uploads on Instagram social media with the username @insta_kendal. The PPDS doctor with the initials MAES from the Faculty of Dental Medicine, University of Indonesia (UI) was reported by the victim with the initials SS.
