Bukan Hanya Tiggo 8, Chery Bakal Semat Teknologi CSH Untuk Banyak Model

JAKARTA - PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) brings the latest technology embedded in the Tiggo 8 model. This technology is called CSH or Chery Super Hybrid. Interestingly, various other models will be embedded with similar technology.

This was revealed by the Country Director of PT Chery Sales Indonesia, Zeng Shou. In fact, he said there would be two more models that would use the technology. Unfortunately, he did not mention what model he meant.

"This year we will release three Super Hybrid Chery models, there are Tiggo 8 and there are two new (SUV) models that will exist again (use CSH technology)," he said, when met in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area, some time ago.

The first model (Tiggo 8), which is embedded with the technology, will certainly launch in the near future, more precisely, it will launch in May 2025. In terms of specifications, it is very promising, even claimed to be able to cover a distance of more than 1,200 km in one full gasoline filling that is paired with a battery.

For information, it is dubbed Chery as Super Hybrid Electric Vehicle and Electric Vehicle. Tiggo 8 CSH is still embedded with conventional gasoline engines and batteries to feel the sensation of driving like a pure electric car.

Regarding the heart of the runway, Tiggo 8 CSH is equipped with an Acteco H4J15 engine with a 1,500 cc turbo engine capacity. Yes, from the name alone it is already turbo, thus the power is also relatively large.

The engine is capable of vomiting 243 ps of power and torque at 215 Nm with a fuel consumption of 76 km/liter based on WLTC calculations. The figure is quite extraordinary for a 7-pass SUV.

Interestingly, the battery embedded in this car is capable of providing a 90 km distance in EV mode. Claims not much different from his brother Jaecool, who also has a model that packs PHEV technology.
