VinFast Collaborates With Otoklix To Strengthen Purna Selling Services In Indonesia
JAKARTA - As part of its commitment to the national automotive market, VinFast announced a strategic partnership with PT Oto Klix Indonesia in terms of providing workshops to improve full-sale services for electric vehicle (EV) consumers.
In this collaboration, the automotive manufacturer from Vietnam will use 150 Otoklix workshops that can be used by VinFast car users in Indonesia.
VinFast Asia CEO, Pham Sanh Chau said this partnership aims to make it easier for customers to own electric vehicles while at the same time supporting the company's commitment to environmentally friendly transitions in Indonesia.
"Our collaboration with strategic partners in Indonesia to improve the full-sale service network reflects our long-term dedication to customer satisfaction and strengthens our commitment to supporting Indonesia's green transition by building sustainable trust with local consumers," said Pham Sanh Chau in a statement received on Saturday, April 12.

VinFast has specifically appointed 40 official service workshops owned by Otoklix and will add 110 additional official workshops. These facilities are scattered in several areas such as Jabodetabek, West Java, Bali, East Java, West Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi.
The company plans to expand it to several other areas on the islands of Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Papua.
As a strategic official service partner, PT Otoklix Indonesia will distribute VinFast's original spare parts and components, ensuring that electric vehicle owners in Indonesia have access to high-quality products that comply with the global standards of this brand.
Currently, VinFast offers various electric vehicle options in Indonesia ranging from VF 3 as mini-SUV, VF 5 in the entry-level segment, to VF e34.
