Banjarmasin KPU: 80 TPS Are Ready To Implement Tomorrow's Election Revote
JAKARTA - The General Election Commission (KPU) of Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan, said that 80 polling stations (TPS) are ready to carry out the re-voting (PSU) of the Banjarmasin City Election in three urban villages in South Banjarmasin, Wednesday, April 28.
"We can say that the implementation of the PSU for the Banjarmasin Local Election (Pilkada) is ready," said Banjarmasin KPU member Syafruddin Akbar in Banjarmasin as reported by Antara, Tuesday, April 27.
In accordance with the ruling of the Constitutional Court (MK), the three sub-districts that held the PSU were Mantuil, Murung Raya, and Basirih Selatan. The KPU of Banjarmasin City has scheduled its implementation for Wednesday, April 28, 2021.
The implementation of PSU in the three urban villages is 80 polling stations with 29 thousand voters. "The distribution of ballots and other logistics has been done up to 80 polling stations, tomorrow morning we can carry out the voting," he explained.

The KPU of Banjarmasin City has also conducted monitoring at the TPS of the implementation of the Pilkada PSU. Almost everything has been completed.
"So the voting committee (PPS) at each TPS has prepared everything well, I hope the implementation will run smoothly tomorrow," he said.
Even tonight, his party together with elements of the Banjarmasin City regional leadership forum will carry out monitoring at the TPS.
The PSU for the Pilkada of Banjarmasin City in 2020 fought back four candidate pairs, namely, Candidate Candidates number 1, Haris Makkie and Ilham Noor, serial number 2, H Ibnu Sina and H Arifin Noor, Candidate Candidate number 3, H Khairul Saleh, and Habib Muhammad Ali Alhabsy and candidate pair number 4, Hj Ananda and H Mushaffa Zakir.
