Electric Car Laka To Enter The Truck Class In Cengkareng, There Are Dead Victims

JAKARTA - A traffic accident involving an electric truck and car on the Ring Road Toll Road, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, resulted in the death of a victim on Saturday, March 29 evening.

Head of the Monitoring and Patrol Regulatory Unit (Kanit Turjawali) West Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit AKP Karta confirmed the accident.

"It is true that there were dead victims. The crime scene on the toll road," said AKP Karta via text message, Saturday, March 29 evening, was confiscated by Antara.

As of Sunday, March 30 in the morning, officers were still investigating the crime scene (TKP) and witnesses and taking care of the evacuation of victims to the hospital. The authorities have also not provided an official statement regarding the chronology and number of victims killed.

"Our officers are still taking care of the crime scene. Please take time. If it is handled, it will be informed," said AKP Karta.

Based on a viral video published on the Instagram account @jakartabarat24 hours, the front of the white electric car involved in the accident got under the truck.

Ambulance officers were seen evacuating victims. The Dishub crane also operates to transport vehicles involved in the accident.
