Starting from ensuring the readiness of vehicles, the optimal physical condition of drivers, the fuel of vehicles and the balance of electronic money to the destination.

Not only that, it is important for road users to find out the location of the refueling or vehicle's power if needed during the trip.

In the rest area that can be found along the Astra Infra toll road, the Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) and Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) have been alerted to meet the needs of travelers.

If the rest area is full, Astra Infra urges road users to be able to rest and take advantage of facilities such as gas stations, toilets and prayer rooms not far from the exit of the toll gate.

Road users do not need to worry about being subject to additional total toll rates because Astra Infra uses a closed payment system, namely toll road users make payments based on travel distances when leaving the toll road.
