KRI Nanggala-402 Found, JK After Ghaib Prayer: Of Course They Are Accepted By Allah SWT
JAKARTA - RI 10th and 12th Vice President Jusuf Kalla held ghaib prayers for the crew of the KRI Nanggala-402 submarine.
This ghaib prayer was attended by children, grandchildren, staff, and members of the vice president's security forces at his residence on Brawijaya Street, South Jakarta, Sunday, April 25 evening.
After the prayers, JK expressed his deep sorrow for the sinking of the KRI Nanggala-402 which was declared to have been killed in duty or according to maritime military terms it was called "on eternal patrol".
"On this occasion, I would like to express my deep condolences to the nation's patriots, martyrs, who died, as a result of the KRI Nanggala-402 submarine accident. Of course, they are accepted by Allah SWT," said Jusuf Kalla in Jakarta, as quoted by Antara.
JK said that all Indonesian people mourn the death of 53 submarine crew members in the task of maintaining the resilience of the Indonesian state.
"We all as a nation feel very grieved, at the beginning of our submarine they were on duty, because of that they were still martyred, because it was to prepare the defense of our nation, our country," he explained.

Previously it was reported that the submarine KRI Nanggala-402 lost contact while practicing missile firing in Bali waters.
Chief of Navy Staff Admiral Yudi Margono explained that the submarine's last contact was recorded on Wednesday (21/4) at 03.00 western Indonesia time shortly before diving.
Until 03.30 western Indonesia time, the deck of the submarine made in West Germany in 1981 could still be seen by the sea rider team from a distance of 50 meters.
Furthermore, starting at 03.46 western Indonesia time the KRI Nanggala-402 began diving under the surface of the water and the identification light could not be seen. Since then, the KRI Nanggala-402 has not responded even though they have been called.
The KRI Nanggala-402 should have surfaced on Wednesday (21/4) at 05.15 western Indonesia time.
TNI Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto stated that the KRI Nanggala-402 sub sunk (drowned) and the submarine crew was declared dead.
"With deep sadness, as the TNI Commander, I declare that 53 personnel in KRI Nanggala-402 have died. The best soldiers of Hiu Kencana have died while carrying out their duties in the waters north of Bali," said Hadi Tjahjanto in Bali, Sunday.
Based on the underwater image scans, the location of KRI Nanggala-402 has been found and will be evacuated with the help of military forces from several friendly countries.
