KPK Investigate The Role Of Elvizar Former President Director Of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi Regarding The Digitization Of Pertamina Gas Stations

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the former President Director of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi, Elvizar on Monday, March 10. He was questioned by investigators regarding the alleged corruption of the digitization project of PT Pertamina's public refueling station (SPBU) in 2018-2019.

"Investigators are exploring the knowledge and role of the person concerned in the PT Pertamina (Persero) gas station digitization project in 2018-2023," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, March 11.

Tessa said the examination was carried out at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta. Elvizar was worked on in his capacity as a witness even though the information stated that he had been a suspect in this case.

Apart from Elvizar, the information obtained also mentions that there are two other people who are also suspects. They are DR and W who come from PT Telkom (Persero).

The three, still from the same information, have been prevented from leaving the country for six months. This prevention was requested by the KPK to the Directorate General of Immigration to facilitate investigations.

Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at PT Pertamina (Persero). This time, the connection with the digitization project of public refueling stations (SPBU) allegedly occurred in 2019-2023.

To investigate this case, the anti-corruption commission has issued an investigation warrant (sprindik) in September 2024. Three suspects have been named.
