GWM Opens Second Dealer Network In East Java, Take A Peek At Facilities

JAKARTA - One of the automotive manufacturers from China, Great Wall Motor (GWM) strengthened its position in Indonesia by inaugurating the GWM Pangsud Surabaya dealer network.

This is the second dealer network presented by GWM in the East Java region, located on Jl. Panglima Sudirman No.46-48, Embong Kaliasin, Genteng, Surabaya.

President Director of Inchcape Indonesia, Khoo Shao Tze said that the inauguration of this dealer is expected to make it easier for East Java consumers to own GWM vehicles and can enjoy the various aftersales services offered.

"We see Surabaya as a very potential market, and with the presence of GWM Pangsud Surabaya, we want to provide the best driving experience supported by advanced technology and optimal customer service," said Khoo Shao Tze in a statement received, Friday, February 28.

Sales & Network Director of GWM Indonesia, Lisa Wijaya added that the network of dealers is available in 3S services, namely Sales, Service, and Share Part.

"With the complete 3S facility, customers will get comprehensive and comprehensive services, ready to meet every customer's needs," added Lisa.

GWM Pangsud Surabaya was established on an area of 1,461 m2 with a building area of 2,080 m2, presenting a 3S concept facility. This saler also presents a display area that is ready to display all choices of GWM products available in Indonesia.

In addition, the facility has six workbays that are ready to meet service needs for customer vehicles.

According to data from the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (GAIKINDO), East Java took the top three positions in achieving national automotive distribution in 2024 and contributed almost 10 percent of the achievements of all of Indonesia.
