MenPANRB Akui Bakal Bantu Transformasi Tata Kelola Organisasi LPSK Sejalan UU
JAKARTA - Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPANRB) Rini Widyantini explained that his party is committed to providing support in accordance with the needs of the organization of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).
This was conveyed by Rini when meeting with the LPSK ranks at the PANRB Ministry Office, Jakarta, Tuesday, February 25. However, Rini emphasized that there was a need for identification from LPSK.
"We need to identify comprehensively various aspects in the implementation of LPSK's duties so that appropriate support can be determined both related to governance and organization," said Rini in a statement in Jakarta, Wednesday, February 26, quoted by Antara.
According to Rini, organizational governance transformation requires careful planning to comply with applicable regulations. Thus, every government institution is expected to be able to compile a priority list and governance design.
In principle, the Ministry of PANRB is ready to provide support for the arrangement of business processes and institutional strengthening so that every government agency can carry out its duties and functions optimally in strengthening the performance of national organizations and development.
"Organization is a tool to carry out roles and strategies, of course, if necessary there will be changes in our institutions, we will support in line with the dynamics and corridors of laws and regulations," he said.
Rini explained that efficiency as directed by President Prabowo is a momentum for organizations to increase effectiveness in planning and implementing programs.
With a more strategic and innovative approach, the organization is encouraged to optimize existing resources to ensure more measurable and sustainable target achievement.
LPSK Chairman Achmadi said that the organization he leads has a big job in protecting and fulfilling the rights of victims to support the judicial process.
"Institutional strengthening of LPSK is needed with the dynamics of existing demands," said Achmadi.
LPSK is an institution mandated to handle, provide protection and assistance to witnesses and/or victims.
