Lawyer Ronald Tannur Admits Giving Rp6 Billion To Ex-Ma Official Zarof Ricar
JAKARTA - The convict's legal adviser Ronald Tannur, Lisa Rachmat, admitted that he gave Rp6 billion to former Supreme Court (MA) official Zarof Ricar to help condition his client's case at the cassation level.
"In the case of Ronald Tannur, Pak Zarof asked for Rp6 billion, I handed over Rp5 billion directly and I handed it over Rp1 billion through my son," said Lisa when she was a witness in the trial of the alleged bribery and gratification case that ensnared three judges at the Surabaya District Court (PN) at the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor), Tuesday, February 25, reported by ANTARA.
He mentioned that part of the Rp6 billion that was handed over to Zarof was an honorarium money from Ronald Tannur's mother, Meirizka Widjaja Tannur. While the rest, he admitted to adding the money privately.
Lisa explained the honorarium she received from Merizka to oversee Ronald Tannur's trial from investigation to a final or inkrah decision of IDR 5 billion.
However, he continued, the honorarium was beyond the operational costs of Ronald Tannur's case, so there would still be additional money to be paid to him.

Lisa testified in the trial of three non-active judges at the Surabaya District Court (PN) who were charged with accepting bribes in the form of gifts or promises of Rp4.67 billion and gratuities in the case of alleged bribery and gratuities for granting acquittal to her in 2024.
The three defendants, namely Erintuah Damanik, Heru Hanindyo, and Mangapul.
The bribes allegedly received by the three judges included money worth Rp. 1 billion and 308 thousand Singapore dollars or Rp. 3.67 billion (exchange rate of Rp. 11,900).
In more detail, cash worth 48 thousand Singapore dollars or Rp571.2 million was received by Erintuah from Mrs. Ronald Tannur, Meirizka Widjaja Tannur, and Lisa Rachmat (law advisor Ronald Tannur).
Then, worth 140 thousand Singapore dollars or Rp1.66 billion received from Merizka and Lisa, as well as Rp1 billion and 120 thousand Singapore dollars or Rp1.43 billion from Merizka and Lisa received by Heru Hanindyo.

Meanwhile, cash worth 140 thousand Singapore dollars was divided among the three defendants, namely Erintuah worth 38 thousand Singapore dollars or Rp452.2 million, Mangapul worth 36 thousand Singapore dollars or Rp428.4 million, and Heru worth 36 thousand Singapore dollars or Rp428.4 million. The remaining 30 thousand Singapore dollars or Rp357 million was kept by Erintuah.
The three defendants are suspected of having known that the money given by Lisa was aimed at imposing acquittal (vrijspraak) against Ronald Tannur from all charges by the public prosecutor.
In addition to bribes, the three defendants are also suspected of receiving gratuities in the form of rupiah and various foreign currencies, namely Singapore dollars, Malaysian ringgit, Japanese yen, euro, and Saudi riyals.
