Strengthen Human Resources Development, Including Health, Minister Wihaji's Message After Inauguration Of Managerial Officials

JAKARTA - Minister of Population and Family Development (Kemenduk bangga)/Head of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN), Dr. Wihaji, S.Ag, M.Pd inaugurated the Managerial Officer within the Ministry of Education and Culture (BKKBN) Wednesday (19/02/2025) at the Auditorium Office of the Ministry of Education and Culture (BKKBN). This is done as a quick step for transformation in the nomenclature of the organization and new work procedures at the Ministry of Education and Culture/BKKBN, so that the implementation of programs can be carried out optimally and delivered to the people of Indonesia.

"With the new nomenclature, I hope to always remind you to create new cultures and ways and immediately deliver," Minister Wihaji explained in his remarks.

"He reminded his staff and all Kemenduk bangga/BKKBN employees to really implement a new culture, leave a bad old culture, use new ways with innovation and creativity, as a new way to run the program," he added.

On this day 1 (one) Middle High Leadership Officer, 3 (three) Primary High Leadership Officials, as well as Administrator Officials within the Ministry of Education and Culture are proud/BKKBN. The inaugurated officials are Victor Hasiholan Siburian, SE, MSi. as Expert Staff for Law, Institutions and Bureaucratic Reform; dr. Fajar Firdawati, MKM as Director of Regional Planning Family Services and Special Targets; Kombes Pol Sunarto as Head of Public Relations and Public Information Bureau; and Kombes Pol. Hery Wiyanti, SH as Inspector Region II; Anggi Miharsa Putri, SE as Head of Supervision Administration.

According to Minister Wihaji, public relations must work hard, one of which is campaigning that BKKBN has become the Ministry of Education and Culture proud and not just imaging.

"If it's just my image, I don't want to. Purely what we are doing, we convey to the people that this is a new Ministry, this is a new nomenclature, this is a new program, this uses new methods," he said.

Inspectorate Wihaji also advised to conduct internal checks at the Ministry of Education and Culture/BKKBN, because they are related to the new nomenclature to make improvements in the future.

"I want officials and all employees to be confident about the existence of our Ministry, with our symbols, our strengths, the optimism we must have, and we must feel confident. If you are confident, believe and God willing, it will work well later," said Minister Wihaji.

Every program run by the Ministry of Education and Culture/BKKBN, always supports the realization of the Astacita of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, namely: 4th Astacita: Strengthening the development of human resources (HR), science, technology, education, health, sports achievements, gender equality, as well as strengthening the role of women, youth, and people with disabilities; and Astacita 6th: "Building from the village and from below for equitable economic and poverty eradication".
