Becoming A Devil, Ozi Syahputra Is Challenged To Show Another Side

JAKARTA - Ozi Syahputra, an actor who is known for the roles he often plays, is now trying to get out of his comfort zone by taking on a very different role in the film Satan Botak. He revealed that the character he played this time is very different far from himself. "If I am, because here the characters are very different from me who used to be central. So don't bother me if I'm beautiful, right," Ozi Syahputra told VOI, Tuesday, February 18. In his new role, Ozi plays a very bad character, which is a big challenge for him. He mentioned that his appearance in this role is also far from the image of the centil that is often attached to him. "So here he plays a really bad character, right. Here I really mess up right, if in the past it was a beautiful devil, now don't copy it," he said. Big change in his acting career is considered Ozi as an opportunity to explore the other side of his abilities. "So it fits his character. Yes, for me, that's a new challenge. To add insight to that," explained Ozi.

He wants to continue to develop and not be trapped in one type of role. Ozi revealed that the role he took was to avoid routines in acting. "So that I don't like that (acting). That's why I want to take this role," he concluded. The film Satan Botak will be shown in theaters starting on March 6.
