Erdogan UU Langsung Prabowo Hadiri Forum Diplomacy Antalya April 2025

JAKARTA - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he had invited Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto to attend the Antalya Diplomacy forum which is planned to take place in April 2025 in Antalya, Turkey.

"I have invited him, President Prabowo to attend the Antalya Diplomacy Forum on April 11-12. He has also promised to attend," Erdogan said in a speech watched on his YouTube network in Jakarta, Antara, Friday, February 14.

Referring to information on the website or the official website of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, this forum is an annual activity initiated by the Government of the Republic of Turkey since 2020.

This forum has become a forum for leaders of countries, policymakers, academics, and business experts to explore diplomacy to navigate to create a better world order through various collective actions.

For its implementation in 2025, the Antalya Diplomacy Forum held by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs under President Erdogan's guidance will raise the theme "Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World".

In its fourth edition, the forum wants to emphasize the importance of diplomacy's role in stabilizing the country amid various global conflicts that have the potential to divide unity.

Erdogan said that during Prabowo's visit to Turkey, Prabowo would be first accepted in the Turkish capital, Ankara, before attending the 2025 Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

Later the two Heads of State will jointly go to Antalya to attend the forum.

"We will meet first in Ankara, then together go to the Diplomacy Forum in Antalya," said Erdogan.
