Banten Prosecutor's Office Arrests Fugitive Corruption Fund For Bansos Ministry Of Education And Culture 2015
BANTEN - The Buron Arrest Team (Tabur) of the Banten High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) and the Pandeglang District Attorney's Office arrested one fugitive on behalf of Arifin, who is a suspect in corruption in the distribution of social assistance funds from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture for the Education Organization and the Taklim Council in the Pandeglang Regency in 2015.
"The suspect has been arrested by the Buron Arrest Team (Tabur) of the Banten High Prosecutor's Office and the Pandeglang District Attorney's Office in Banyubiru Village, Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency," said Head of Legal Information at the Banten High Prosecutor's Office, Rangga Adekresna in his statement in Serang, Thursday.
In August 2016, the Pandeglang District Attorney conducted an investigation into the alleged corruption case against the distribution of social assistance funds from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture for the Education Organization and the Taklim Council in the Pandeglang Regency Region.
In November 2019, investigators from the Pandeglang District Attorney named two suspects on behalf of Rohman and Elvi Sukaesih.
That in the trial on behalf of Rohman and Elvi Sukaesih as stated in the Supreme Court's Cassation Decision Number 2230 K/Pid.sus/2018 dated October 23, 2018 Jo Put PT Number: 2/Pid.sus/-TPK/2017/PT. Banten dated January 23, 2018 in conjunction with the Serang Corruption Court Decision Number: 25/Pid-sus-TPK/2017/Pn.Srg dated November 9, 2017, the facts of the involvement of other parties were obtained, namely Asep Saifudin and the suspect Arifin.

But since the suspect was named on August 30, 2019, suspect A has not fulfilled the investigator's summons so that the suspect has been named a DPO.
