Hasto's Pretrial Lawsuit Trial Held Tomorrow
JAKARTA - The sole judge of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto, said that the reading of the agenda for the verdict of the pretrial lawsuit of the PDI-P Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto on Thursday (13/2).
"The trial was postponed on Thursday, February 13, 2025, with the agenda of reading the verdict," said Djuyamto in the South Jakarta District Court courtroom, Wednesday, February 12.
The South Jakarta District Court this Wednesday held a hearing to read Hasto Kristiyanto's pretrial conclusions.
On Tuesday (11/2), the KPK presented expert witnesses at the legal trial or not the determination of the suspect Hasto. Furthermore, this Wednesday Hasto and the KPK conveyed their respective conclusions.
Hasto Kristiyanto's pretrial lawsuit against the KPK at the South Jakarta District Court was filed on Thursday (13/2).
KPK investigators on December 24, 2024, named two new suspects in the series of Harun Masiku cases, namely Hasto Kristiyanto (HK) and advocate Donny Tri Istiqomah (DTI).

Previously, KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto revealed that HK regulates and controls DTI to lobby KPU member Wahyu Setiawan in order to appoint Harun Masiku as a candidate for elected DPR member from the South Sumatra (Sumsel) I electoral district.
HK is also suspected of regulating and controlling DTI to actively take and deliver bribes to be handed over to Wahyu Setiawan through Agustiani Tio Fridelina.
