Ade Govinda: Being A Songwriter Is Sufficient, As Long As...
JAKARTA - In the music industry, there are people who have a more gift who can write songs well and are able to appear on stage. But in many cases, there are people who are only good at songwriters or performers.
Govinda guitarist Ade Nurulianto is one example of a musician who has more prizes. Ade is consistent as a songwriter and a performer for 16 years professionally.
According to the 40-year-old musician, living as a songwriter alone is quite promising to support your needs. However, the results really depend on the success of the song on the market.
"Yes (it can be sufficient), but songwriters depend on the song, hits or not," said Ade Govinda when met in Sudirman, Central Jakarta, Thursday, February 6.
From the experience that has been passed, said Ade, it is not always a work that has attracted the interest of many people. However, a songwriter still has to try to produce a good song.

Ade also revealed what is the difference in terms of today's music royalties, when compared to the beginning of his career.
"Then, if it's different from the previous one, yes, there used to be royalties from CDs, all kinds of things. Yes, now it's from a digital platform," he concluded.
