Jet Plane Carry 64 People Collision With US Army Helicopter

JAKARTA - A jet carrying a jet crashed into an Army helicopter (AD) in the United States (US) when it landed at Reagan Airport, near Washington DC on Wednesday, January 29 local.

Quoting AP, Thursday, January 30, airport operations were declared temporarily suspended after the incident the jet carrying 60 passengers and 4 crew members crashed.

The joint SAR team immediately put up lights for lighting at the scene.

A massive rescue operation has also taken place on the Potomac River, near Reagan Airport.

Rescue ships were deployed to the Potomac River from a point along George Washington Parkway, just north of the airport.

Until now there has been no latest news about the number of victims or the chronology of the cause of the collision.
