Aiming For 100 Percent Revenue And Profit Growth In 2025, Here's GRIA's Strategy
JAKARTA - PT Ingria Pratama Capitalindo Tbk (GRIA) targets operating income to reach IDR 120.8 billion and net profit to reach IDR 7.1 billion by 2025. This target is equivalent to growth of up to twice or 100 percent of the realization throughout 2024.
"The target for financial performance can be achieved with a plan to build 693 housing units and 642 housing sales this year," said GRIA HK President Director Hakim Noor in a Public Expose in the Senopati area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, January 21.
Meanwhile, the company's revenue until the third quarter of 2024 was recorded at Rp42.1 billion with a net profit of Rp2.9 billion. Meanwhile, until December 2024, the company managed to build 956 housing units, or an increase of 53.2 percent (yoy).
The construction of the house is spread in Kalimantan and West Java with contributions of 58.8 percent and 41.22 percent, respectively.
In the same period, GRIA sold 330 units of houses, an increase of 30.4 percent (yoy). The house sales came from Kalimantan and West Java with a contribution of 70.6 percent and 29.4 percent, respectively.
From this realization, the Judge said that the company can maintain sustainable operational performance growth until the end of 2024. Last year's performance has achieved the operational target set throughout 2024.
"We believe that having a residence is the basic right of every citizen. Therefore, we continue to strive to develop a property business that is useful and feasible for the entire community," he said.

In order to continue its positive performance this year, the company will start targeting middle and upper class groups of people, not only will it focus on providing houses for Low-Income Communities (MBR).
The company has also improved home quality, such as providing clean water, installing free internet for the first three months, installing anti-termites to providing green open space.
"With this quality improvement, GRIA is able to provide subsidized houses and non-subsidized houses that meet the needs of the community. So, it can support government programs to overcome backlog housing," he explained.
