Hasto Staff Kusnadi's Turn Is Worked On By The KPK Today

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) examined a number of witnesses related to the alleged bribery in the management of interim replacement (PAW) members of the Indonesian House of Representatives and the obstruction of the investigation that ensnared PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto today, Tuesday, January 14. One of them is Kusnadi who is a member of the politician's staff.

"The investigation was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters in her statement, Tuesday, January 14.

Apart from Kusnadi, the anti-corruption commission also examined Nur Hasan, who is a security task force at the PDIP DPP offices and Saeful Bahri, who is a party cadre bearing the bull symbol.

Then Jhoni Ginting, who is the former Director General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and Saffar M. Godam as the Acting Director General of Immigration. Tessa has not yet detailed the material for the examination of these five witnesses.

Previously, the KPK developed a case of alleged bribery related to the management of PAW members of the DPR involving the former KPU commissioner, Wahyu Setiawan, and his fugitive, Harun Masiku. In the development of this case, Hasto Kristiyanto and Donny Tri Istiqomah, a PDIP cadre and a lawyer, were named new suspects.

Hasto was also charged in the case of obstruction to the investigation, because he allegedly asked Harun Masiku to damage his cell phone and run away after the arrest operation (OTT) was carried out.

In this case, Hasto Kristiyanto has undergone examination as a suspect in the bribery case for the interim replacement (PAW) of members of the Indonesian House of Representatives and the obstruction of the investigation on Monday, January 13. He was not detained after undergoing examination for about 3.5 hours.

Hasto made no statement after being questioned. However, his attorney, Maqdir Ismail, said the request for information had been completed.

"I want to convey that today's inspection process has been completed. For today," said Maqdir, Monday, January 13.

Maqdir said Hasto would be re-examined in this case. However, he did not say the exact time.

"For other matters related to the case, please ask the investigator," he said.
