In The Aftermath Of The Brand Decision, The Head Of PITI Reported The Central Jakarta District Court Judge To The Judicial Commission

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian Chinese Islamic Brotherhood (PITI), Ipong Hembing Putra, reported an unscrupulous judge at the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN Jakpus) to the Judicial Commission (KY).

"I was present at the Judicial Commission today to complain and report the judge who decided the case Number 82/Pdt.Sus-Merek/2024/PN.Jkt.Pst at the Commercial Court without my presence, without an official summons, without an invitation, and without coordination. Suddenly there was a trial decision, and it was as if the opposing party was won," said Ipong on Thursday, January 9.

Ipong suspects that there is a judicial mafia practice behind the decision, which according to him is carried out in a transparent manner and violates procedures.

"I was very surprised. I saw that there was an openness in this process. I suspect that there were judicial mafia elements at the Commercial Court who forced and engineered the decision. This is not true. What is really going on in the Central Jakarta Commercial Court? " he said.

Therefore, Ipong asked KY to immediately examine the judge concerned and impose strict sanctions if found guilty.

"This country needs a judge who is serious about handling cases without judicial mafia intervention. I ask for justice from the Judicial Commission. In addition, I also ask for justice from the President," he added. Ipong emphasized that the existence of the judicial mafia must be eradicated to ensure that the legal system in Indonesia runs better and in accordance with its corridors.

In his report to KY, Ipong included a number of evidences to support his claim that the PITI brand is his right.

"I brought complete evidence, including the decision of the PN that won me, the decision of the Supreme Court which also supported me, as well as a letter from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Menkumham) stating that the PITI that is valid and protected by the government is the PITI of the Indonesian Chinese Islamic Brotherhood, which is officially registered with the government," he explained.

Ipong hopes that KY can follow up on his report fairly. He believes that the PITI brand has legally become his based on the state's decision.

My report has been well received and will be studied and processed according to the applicable rules at KY. I was told that in two weeks there would be information regarding the follow-up," he concluded.
