ANTM Officially Launches Shio's Gold Wood Snake 2025 Chinese New Year Edition
JAKARTA - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) through the Mulia Metal Processing and Purification Business Unit (UBPP Logam Mulia), officially launched a special edition of thematic gold with the theme the Wood Snake Year to welcome the 2025 Chinese New Year.
The launch of the Chinese New Year gold Shio Snake Kayu was carried out at Old Shanghai Sedayu City at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Wednesday, January 8.
The special edition product comes in two variants, namely gold bullion and gift series. Gold bars are available in sizes of 8 grams and 88 grams, while the Gift series is available in variants of 0.5 grams and 1 gram.
ANTAM's Director of Operations and Production Hartono conveyed that the Chinese New Year's edition gold offers a deep philosophical design and a symbol of luck.
"We are very enthusiastic about welcoming the 2025 Chinese New Year by presenting exclusive products with the theme of the Wood Snake Year. This product will be a symbol of luck with deep meaning, as well as valuable investments," Hartono said.
For your information, the Year of the Wood Snake which comes every 60 years on the Chinese calendar, was last celebrated in 1965. In Chinese culture, snakes symbolize intelligence, wisdom, and adaptability, while wood elements represent growth, vitality, and new opportunities.
Antam added a three-dimensional element in this year's thematic gold design, such as a scaly snake, bamboo,lfosom plum flower, and a Fu symbol which means luck.
Hartono said these elements reflect resilience, integrity, and hope, making it a perfect complement to Chinese New Year celebrations as well as a valuable investment symbol.
"With a rich design of philosophical meaning, Antam hopes that this product can be part of the celebration of the Chinese New Year which is full of happiness, and provides good luck for customers," Hartono said.
Hartono also said the Wooden Snake Year Chinese New Year gold features advanced safety features, including special serial numbers, watermarks, three-dimensional effects, QR codes, and microtexts.
