Labeled Lazy, Two Members Of Palmerah Police Fired

JAKARTA - Two personnel from the Palmerah Police, West Jakarta, namely Bripka N and Briptu AIR were fired from the Police because they had not come to work for more than 30 days on the grounds of being lazy.

Palmerah Police Chief, Kompol Sugiran confirmed that two of his members were subject to the sanctions by the Police.

"30 days can be a year, it can be a month at once, more than 30 days decent at PTDH means you don't want to be in service," said Sugiran, ANTARA, Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

Sugiran admitted that he had carried out coaching by giving a warning to the two members. However, the two members did not heed the warning and still did not enter the service.

"If Bripka N before I served as Kapolsek had been PTDH, if Brigadier AIR was in my time, six months had not been in service," said Sugiran.

Sugiran said that the reason the two members did not enter the service was because they were lazy and chose to stay at home.

The wife of one of its members who was PTDH also met with Sugiran to find a solution so that her husband would return to service.

"I said 'if later sanctioned by PTDH, don't cry'," he said.
